About The Journal

The Journal of Center for Energy Policy and Human Resources Capacity Development (JCPhRCD) is a scholarly journal that publishes original research and review articles addressing contemporary issues in human resource management, energy policy, energy sustainability, energy transition, renewable energy, and human resource capacity development.

The journal promotes interdisciplinary research that connects management, social sciences, energy policy, technology, sustainability, and institutional development. It provides a platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers to share evidence-based knowledge and practical insights that contribute to sustainable development.

JCPhRCD is published biannually and applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure rigorous and impartial evaluation of submitted manuscripts.

Why Submit to JCPHRCD?

JCPhRCD provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and postgraduate students to disseminate original research and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions on energy policy, human resource development, sustainability, and institutional capacity building.

  1. Peer Review:  Manuscripts are evaluated through an editorial screening and double-blind peer review process.

  2. DOI for Published Articles:  Published articles are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to support scholarly identification and discoverability.

  3. Interdisciplinary Research: The journal welcomes research connecting energy, human resources, management, sustainability, technology, and policy.

  4. Open Access: Published research is openly accessible to readers and the wider scholarly community.

Manuscript Requirements

Authors are invited to prepare manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s submission guidelines. Submissions should present original, clearly structured, and academically rigorous research

  • Manuscripts must be written in English.
  • Manuscripts should contain a minimum of 3,500 words.
  • Abstracts should contain approximately 150–200 words.
  • Authors should provide appropriate keywords.
  • Manuscripts should clearly present the research background, objectives, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions.
  • Tables and figures should be appropriately numbered and referenced in the manuscript.
  • References should follow the journal’s prescribed referencing requirements.
  • Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration by another journal.
  • An ethical approval statement should be included where applicable.
  • Authors should follow the journal’s complete Author Guidelines and Submission Checklist.

Peer Review & Publication Process

  1. Submission: Submit your manuscript through the online journal system.
  2. Editorial Screening: The editorial team evaluates the manuscript for scope, originality, quality, and compliance with submission requirements.
  3. Double-Blind Peer Review: Manuscripts meeting the initial requirements are evaluated by reviewers through a double-blind peer review process.
  4. Revision: Authors respond to reviewer comments and revise the manuscript where required.
  5. Editorial Decision:  The editor makes a final decision based on the review process and revised manuscript.
  6. Production: Accepted manuscripts proceed through copyediting, formatting, and publication preparation.
  7. Publication: The final article is published online with DOI information.
